We are currently looking for a Service Associate – Guest Floor to join our Rooms team.

Summary
The Service Associate–Guest Floor is responsible to clean and maintain guest rooms and surrounding areas, and provide guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the Standards, guidelines and polices established by Shangri-La International and by the Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts and the hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment.
